How often can I do it?
Cryo Slimming treatments can be performed once every 14 days and Cryo Toning/Cryo Facial treatments can be performed every 3-7 days.
Can I have Nekta Cryo treatments if I'm pregnant?
Like any external treatment, this is not advisable as there is no data on the interactions. The safest option is to abstain from treatments altogether.

Why can I only have the Cryo Slimming treatment once every 2 weeks?
It takes an average of 2 weeks for your body to process most of the fat cell debris from your system, therefore the treatment is most effective and safe when there are 2 weeks in between each session.

You do not need to bring anything, we provide you with everything you need.
Can I workout before/after my treatment?
Absolutely, there are no side effects to this treatment that will stop you working out. However, if your workout is significantly raising your body temperature, be sure to wait at least two hours for your body to cool down to normal prior to your session for best results.
How quickly will I see results?
The first results are generally visible from the first session and often very encouraging. However, it should be noted that the best results appear from 14 days to 4 weeks after the start of treatment and extend for several months after the end of treatment.
How long will the results last?
Results will depend on the treatment, individual, and their lifestyle and diet. Fat loss is permanent, but clients may still gain fat back in the treated area if they do not maintain a balanced lifestyle.
